Someone said once "Don't hang your dirty laundry in public" or something to that effect. WHY you would hang dirty laundry, instead of clean laundry to dry, is beyond me- but what I can tell from that statement is... there's no need to talk about anything too personal. Welcome to the diary of generic girly thoughts.

I remember one night, there was this "nature walk"

all the groups of people, which were named after endangered birds (i was a King Rail) we all walked holding a rope in the black, opaque darkness on a rough forest trail. Each group had their own rope to hold on to, so no kids would stray into the dense forest which was rumored to have bears in it. we were the third to last group, just in front of the owls (flyer's group) and the ospreys, who were way behind. when we got to the secluded clearing in the middle of the wood, there was already a large bonfire burning and the rest of the MOSAIC tean was singing. all the parents, other teachers and kids were sitting around mr comeaux who was playing the guitar. We were singing this song that I don't remember at all.. but it was getting quite annoying by the time the ospreys arrived at the clearing.

I remember when they were making the groups i was originally in flyer's group, but at the time i hated him so i was really annoyed. for some odd and random reason the teachers switched the groups, but i was still with maria and emily and jordan, but i really wanted flyer to be in our group because now he was with alex lostetter, his ex girlfriend and that wasn't good at the time.... though i seriously doubted he'd go out with her again.

shoo bop shoo wah, shoo bop shoo wah-ahh, shoo bop shoo wah...

snap snap snap snap snap snap

That was the beat to our insect song. Comeaux's homeroom did insect songs and fullerton did a play. some fullertone people were doing insect songs, though. every single one of my friends was in fullerton. seriously. and i was stuck in comeaux. with tracey and ashley, who were kind of my friends but never really talked to me, and i was ignored all the time. luckilly some people from fullerton did insect songs, so i still was in the same rom with flyer and emily sometimes. (flyer was in fullerton too) so was corey, but sean was in comeaux. that was right before the paper products... I'll get into their creation later. anyway, i was a mayfly. we had a cute little song, it was more of a poem that the teachers gave us to make up our own tunes to go with it. i can only remember one part, 'we're mayflies, flying-dying, floating down the stream,.." that was near the end. it was a nice song though, ...my group was Whitney, (again, before the flyer thing) chealsea hopkins, me, of course,... i think miriam,..no,...well i can't quite remember but it was fun. we had a cool routine, i stood in the back and did 'shoo bop shoo wah' and snapped my fingers while the others did more intricate dance moves and sung the lyrics.

now onto the paper products.

i remember we had nicknames for just three guys, marc who was tree/magazine (LOL) chris (the very first pp, thanx to me) who was book, and matt who was newspaper. I distinctly remember jamie, maria and my convo when jamie said, something like, 'gee tree is hott!" and i said, 'yeah i know.." and maria said, "so, usin paper products again?" (she was just joking, but little did she know....) and from then on we inducted guys into the pp, like andy, corey, sean, etc.... and we got rid of some, like matt, andy, and marc just kind of floated there. now we have three.

flyer, telegram and dictionary.

chris, sean, corey

but they're falling apart, and not too many people like them anymore, so they've lasted almost a year.

i think deer valley was may 16, 17, and 18. but i'm not sure.

so...allllllmost a year.

we can stretch it.

every day i think of new things about deer valley, more tomorrow and possibly a recent update...

im tired so buhbyes.
